Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Overhaul

Vantage Drafting LLC provided complete mechanical, electrical, and structural plans for the addition of a 5 kW electric heat strip to an existing Rheem system. The project included updated electrical load calculations, panel revisions, detailed mechanical duct layouts, and structural wall patching to close previous wall-mounted AC openings. All drawings were coordinated and prepared for city permit approval.
