UPS Store Tenant Improvements

Vantage Drafting has had the opportunity to contribute to the design and permitting of eight UPS Store tenant improvement projects throughout Florida. Each location required a coordinated approach to produce complete, permit-ready construction documents while adapting to unique building conditions and local jurisdiction requirements.

Our scope of work has included architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design for retail tenant build-outs, including HVAC layouts and load calculations, lighting and power plans, plumbing systems, energy code compliance, and coordination with architectural and engineering disciplines. Every project was developed with a focus on constructability, code compliance, and efficient permit approval.

These projects demonstrate our experience delivering coordinated commercial permit drawings that help contractors and business owners move from design to construction with confidence.
